I have ten years international experience in external communications management with particularly strong skills in client management and media evaluation for professional services and consumer technology clients.

Before joining Kysen I was International Communications Manager for Cuatrecasas, one of Spain's largest independent law firms, with particular responsibility for building relationships with the UK media and implementing the firm's crisis communications plan.

From 2000 until 2005 I was Client Manager and then Practice Manager at Echo Research, a global specialist in reputation analysis and stakeholder research. At Echo I managed key global clients from the New York office, including PwC and DaimlerChrysler.
