I joined Kysen after 12 years with Pinsent Masons, a top 15 UK law firm, heading up their PR & marketing communications activity. During this time I was involved in three mergers and four rebrands, obtaining a wealth of experience of reputation management, brand positioning and targeted PR. In recognition I received the "Outstanding Contribution to Law Firm Marketing" award at the Legal Marketing Awards 2007.

Previously I led the PR and marketing function of a business investment agency, moving on to become External Relations Director for a major business representation organisation. My business life began as a journalist working in regional newspapers.
